Officials Managers may want to encourage specific officials to make offers on certain bids. RefUp allows Officials Managers to create Suggestions that notify the official and provide them a one-click option to create an Offer. To create a Suggestion:
  1. Navigate to My Bids
  2. In the Bid Menu, select Suggest Officials:
  3. Select the name of the Official from the dropdown menu:
  4. The official will receive an email like:
Suggestions are automatically created when the eligible officials for a bid are adjusted.
