The majority of bids should be created by the organization requesting services or RefUp’s AutoBid configuration. However, Officials Managers may want to create bids on behalf of another organization for one-off events or other circumstances. The other organization will receive an email notifying them of the bid and will be charged upon completion. To create a bid on behalf of another organization:
  1. Navigate to My Bids
  2. Enter the new bid information and click the
  3. Select the organization for whom to create the bid. Only organizations with valid Payment Sources are displayed.
  4. Click the icon to submit the bid.
  5. You may receive an error if the selected organization’s payment source is a credit card and your organization’s payment source is a bank account. If this occurs, increase the bid price to the amount indicated in the message (in this example to $73.60)
