# Adjusting offers after a match

The majority of offers should be finalized well before match kickoff. However, last-minute changes do occur and RefUp allows managers to add and remove officials from bids after a match.

    1. Navigate to [Bid History](https://refup.io/matches/bids/history)
    2. Click the dropdown for the bid and select the official to be removed:

    3. RefUp will refund the paying organization
    4. RefUp will charge the Official's Organization the displayed cancellation fee
    5. RefUp will debit the Official's Organization for any payment received as part of the bid

    1. Navigate to [Bid History](https://refup.io/matches/bids/history)
    2. Click the dropdown for the bid and select Create Won Offer:

    3. Select the official that should be added:

    4. RefUp will send notifications that the official has been added
    5. RefUp will charge the responsible organization the displayed price
    6. The added official will complete reports and ratings as usual
