RefUp.io selects winning offers based on the match kickoff time and the time that the bid was created. Normally, RefUp.io will make assignments 10 days before the match kickoff time.

If there are no offers 10 days before the match kickoff time, RefUp.io will continue checking for offers and will assign the first offer that is created. To allow all officials an opportunity to make offers, RefUp.io will wait 3 days after a bid has been created (even if it is less than 10 days before the match kickoff time).

To ensure matches are assigned, RefUp.io will make assignments within 3 days of the match kickoff time regardless of when the bid was created.

An officials organization may limit the officials that are allowed to make offers on a bid. If the bid becomes non-competitive (the number of allowed officials equals the number of requested officials), any allowed offers will be won immediately.
